These terms cover your use of imprintwebsolutions.com and our text messaging. By using this website or opting in to texts, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program: Imprint Web Solutions sends text messages to people who opt in through the chat on our Text Us page, or who call or text our business number. Messages are about your questions, our services and scheduling. If you also check the separate marketing box, we may occasionally send offers or service announcements.

Frequency: Message frequency varies with your conversation.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one message confirming you’ve opted out and won’t text you again unless you opt back in.

Help: Reply HELP for help, or email hello@imprintwebsolutions.com.

Consent: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with other companies for their marketing.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using this website

The information on this website is general information about our services. Prices and plan details shown on the site can change; the terms in your signed agreement with us are the ones that apply to your account.

Don’t misuse the site or its forms, for example by sending spam, harmful code or false information.

The text, design and images on this website belong to Imprint Web Solutions or are used with permission. Example interfaces on the site are illustrations, not real client data.

Services

Website Care Plan work is covered by a separate written agreement signed at signup. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Limits

We work to keep this website accurate and available but can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using this website.
